Our Story

Built by Fitness, Fueled by Purpose

The Protein Spot began with a personal transformation—a journey from prediabetes and low confidence to losing 100 pounds and discovering a passion for fitness. That experience led to a career in personal training, where Tyler and Brandon saw a recurring challenge: people wanted to eat healthy but were overwhelmed by the lack of convenient, affordable, and great-tasting options.

In 2023, they launched Klean Kitchen, stocking gym vending machines with clean meals. But they didn’t stop there. By January 2024, the first storefront opened on Overland Road, followed by a second on Broadway in April 2025.
